OGX Experience sharing with ex-LCVPOGX NTU Singapore

Today Nethangi Fernando and Dimuthu Ponnamperuma of the Out-going exchange (OGX) dept. in AIESEC USJP had an experience sharing session with Aravinda Karunarathne - ex-LCVPOGX of AIESEC NTU , Singapore. He is currently the global partnerships manager of AIESEC Singapore.

Aravinda shared his expertise on how to handle exchange participants, supply-demand management in OGX, Realities for OGX in Sri Lanka, Opportunities for OGX growth in Sri Lanka and what Sri Lanka can learn from Singapore.
